WithIt Head-shots

A professional head-shot says a lot about an individual. If you’re still using an amateur snapshot, or worse a “selfie”, for your website, business cards, LinkedIn profile, and so on…you could be loosing business!

We live in a world where images are EVERYWHERE!!! Since the invention of digital cameras and the cell phone, this is the most photographed generation in the history of the world. So how do you make YOUR images stand out in the oceans of images that your clients are bombarded with every single day?

These same clients are making split-second decisions on whether you’re a genuine, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable individual that they would like to meet and work with. A professional head-shot conveys all of this and more! It makes a statement about you. It grabs their attention. And it opens doors to opportunities you would otherwise miss out on!

Last week I had the distinct honor of photographing head-shots for the amazing ladies at the WithIt Professional Women’s Conference. These are the business leaders, the movers, and the shakers of their respective industries!!!

Matt’s Musical Genius

I don’t have a musical bone in my body. I have the utmost respect for musicians!

Photographing Matt and the musical genius that hides behind those friendly eyes and that handsome face was a real pleasure for me! I’d photographed him many years ago when Matt was just a budding musician in high-school. He’s made quite a name for himself in the trumpet world.  We are so proud of Matt, and so honored to capture these images for him!

Many thanks to our friend Kellie at Kellie McCann Photography for the use of her gorgeous studio.

Executive Portraits for First Citizens Bank

I love working with people who love their jobs!

This morning I had the privilege of photographing more head-shots for First Citizens Bank. I have to say they are the nicest, kindest, funnest (is that a word?!?) people to work with!!! Everyone is so cheerful with each other and encouraging of one another. We laughed and joked all afternoon.

Many thanks to Katie for all her hard work organizing the shoot and scheduling all the appointments! 🙂

Executive Portraits at The Gaillard Auditorium

Last week I had the honor of photographing a high-profile corporate event in Charleston with a wonderful group of amazing people! Through out the conference, which was held at The Gaillard Auditorium, I continued photographing various executive portraits during breaks.

Executive Portraits at The Dewberry

Last week I had the honor of photographing a high-profile corporate event in Charleston with a wonderful group of amazing people!  Before the program started, I had the opportunity to photograph some executive portraits at The Dewberry Hotel…

Headshots for DHG

When Dixon Hughes Goodman, one of the largest accounting firms in the country, hires new associates, I have the privilege of going in and photographing their head-shots. It was a pleasure meeting and photographing some of the latest additions to their amazing team yesterday!!!

Head-shots for Southern Current

“The Southern Current mission is to spread environmental awareness by promoting renewable energy solutions.”

Two of South Carolina’s premier solar development companies — Sustainable Energy Solutions and Solbridge Energy — have merged to create Southern Current. With hundreds of residential and commercial solar projects installed across 7 states and over 500 MW of utility-scale solar projects in different stages, Southern Current is one of the most accomplished and largest developers in the Southeast.

Yesterday I had the honor of photographing head-shots, team photos, and business portraits for their brand new up-and-coming website and marketing portfolio. This was my 4th assignment for Southern Current. They are an AMAZING company, staffed with men and women of integrity. If you’re interested in going solar, I HIGHLY recommend contacting these fine folks!!!

Head-shots for South Carolina Federal Credit Union

POW!!!  I blinded myself doing test shots this morning when I was setting up to photograph head-shots for the South Carolina Federal Credit Union!  OOPS!!!  🙂

Not-Your-Boring-Headshots

At Chris & Cami Photography, we may have an impeccable reputation, a polished product, and an efficient turn-around time. But behind all the professionalism, we are just regular people, who love what they do, and love having a good time doing it!

It was a pleasure photographing new head-shots for Ben at Colliers International a few weeks ago. It’s nice to know that we’re not the ONLY ones who like to have a little fun with their day!  Yeah Baby, yeah!  🙂

Waypoint Recovery Center

I always get an extra sense of gratification when I have the opportunity to work with a client who I know is making a difference in people’s lives. Photographing head-shots and promotional images for Waypoint Recovery Center was just such an assignment!

“Waypoint Recovery Center offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program for drug addiction and alcoholism. Our goal is to collaborate, encourage, and support a changed lifestyle, fully independent from substance use.”

I set up my portable studio, complete with camera, lights, background, and laptop, at their office one morning. After each person had their business portraits taken, they were able to look through them on the laptop to make sure they were happy with the images. Everyone loved the instant gratification. And their favorite shot was sent off to our retouching lab to get cleaned up!

I’d like to give a personal shout out to the amazing folks at Waypoint Recovery Center. Thanks for EVERYTHING you guys do to help those folks looking to get their life back on track!!!

South Atlantic Bank

South Atlantic Bank’s new regional headquarters in Mount Pleasant is beginning to take shape. The in-ground items, including plumbing and electricity are in place and the concrete has been poured for the first floor. We will see the building “go vertical” as framing gets underway.

The 8,000 square foot, two-story building will house a full-service banking office on the first floor with space for tenants on the second floor.

It was a pleasure photographing head-shots for Michael Tawes the other day. He was responsible for locating and appraising the site of the new bank!  The setup consisted of 6 Nikon SB-800 Speedlights, 1 Nikon SB-5000, 2 Wesctott 60″ umbrellas, 1 Nikon D4, 1 Nikon 70-200 VRII, 1 Lenovo Yoga, and 7 RadioPopper Px units.
