The other night I was feeling “handy” and decided to build myself a couple new Triple-Tree Speedlight Brackets for when I need more power than one SB-800 or SB-900 can provide. I’ve been using this other set of custom-built brackets for a while. But they stick out pretty far and don’t fold up well for packing. I photographed a large corporate portrait today for the Lowcountry Housing Trust using two lightstands, each mounted with one of these, holding 3 SB-800s apiece. Turned out great! I’m VERY happy with the new design…super compact and super easy to set up!!!
