Last time the Haverstraw Family vacationed in Charleston, we were vacationing in Cincinnati. Ironic, since that’s where they are from! When I photographed their family portraits the time before that, Joey was less than a year old! It was such a pleasure to finally catch up with them again this week and see how much the kids have grown!!!

We met downtown at White Point Garden on the morning of their “day trip” to Charleston. It was so fun walking through some of the old, historic streets and alleys of downtown, using the charm of our beautiful city as the backdrop. Majestic live oak trees, intricate black iron gates, and old brick facades made for really unique family portraits.

It was great catching up with this wonderful family and their adorable kids. I can’t wait to see how much they grow by the NEXT photo shoot we have together!!! 🙂
